    Business customer feedback: It is disheartening to deal with bad customer feedback. But such stories need to be told so that they are not repeated at the cost of losing business. I am in constant need of car parts and accessories. I needed oil filters, about 18 in all, some for the cars at hand and a couple left over for stock at my store. The rep at Napa wasn't at all happy to make a sale; neither was he trained in customer service or even basic human manners. The encounter was humiliating. He had a go at me, a business account, in front of other customers who were uncomfortably required to witness the show. I do not like to type out formal complaints, but this has happened before and the staff behaviour hasn't changed since. I'm still short of oil filters and riled up at something that was entirely avoidable. Hoping you can help sort out my needs and the behaviors of the staff concerned.

    i'm guessing a lot of these reviews are based on retail sales, which they do not do. NAPA Auto Parts is a Trade and Wholesale supplier, they supply to trade workshops and manufacturing. not to the general public.
