“It's a nice walk, only the sandy parts are a bit hard to walk.”
“A good walk (3h return) with ups and downs following the Taieri river. Can be slippery, as the terrain is patched with rocks.”
“This area overlooks the St Kilda beach and can be booked out for events. The entirety of the drive up to Lawyers Head is open to vehicles between 11am and 3pm on weekdays, bollards are closed outside of these times making the area pedestrian only. Bollards are also locked on public holidays.”

“Don’t miss the predator proof park! Amazing concept!!Ecological avant garde! Opens 9:30 or 10:00 am to 4:30 PM. Amazing vegetation, birds and superb cafeteria. Look for Mr T family ( Takahe)”
“A great evening seeing the penguins come ashore, socialise and settle into their nests in their natural environment. Complimented by the detailed knowledge and enthusiasm of the guides. We also very much enjoyed the nature drive from Dunedin stopping at a number of locations to see the spectacular views and many birds along the shoreline.”
“Great place to visit! You can see wild sea lions with a nice view. Easy to get there, though to come up again.”
“Warren and the team are absolutely fantastic, I have been using their services for nearly 5 years now and have always had a wonderful experience. They have been very honest with me about work required, cost and benefit of getting same done. I have been able to trust that the work being done is necessary and being done to a high standard. They are great at communicating and keeping you up to date with the work being completed. They have been very good about meeting any deadlines I may need to meet, such as needing to collect children from childcare, so need vehicle ready by a certain time. I would absolutely recommend the team at Sims Brothers Garage to anyone and everyone!”
“Lovely staff, lovely bagels. Good prices and lots of alternative options/ add ons to the menu. Highly recommend the whipped feta; super citrusy and light; and anything with halloumi.”
“Excellent customer service! The team is friendly, attentive, and always does a great job to ensure a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent assistance”
Dosa Etc leans into a casual Indian approach with no fuss. Value feels fair for the spread. Tandoor notes appear clean and steady. Easy to carry out for a simple night in. Eggs land on point and toast...
