Since that experience, and considering I asked for and was told I had an appointment with Shona , I was very disturbed that I was told on arriving that I was seeing someone else , especially galling when two other people came in and we're told " Shona will be with you shortly". I don't appreciate this sort of BS and will look for another doctor .”
