She has helped me so much since injuring my back and shoulder that I am nearly 100% pain free after nearly 3 years. She is full of knowledge and always makes me laugh whenever I have a session with her. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go see her as she is the best!

   Absolutely 5 star! Des gives a fantastic sports massage and is extremely knowledgeable about movement and the human body. During my assessment Des outlined all the tools and techniques she has on offer for treatments, it is clear she thinks both about treating the acute issue and also long term treatment goals.
