Highly recommend, prompt and friendly service. Skip the big chains, they rip you off meanwhile Walrus are charging fair rates and doing an excellent service to the community.
Really enjoyed my checkup here, I felt like they were very detailed and explained everything that was going on. Lovely calm atmosphere and the Dental assistant was so kind! See you again next year!
I had the best experience here! The staff were super friendly and professional, putting in a lot of effort to ensure a great job. They were easy to contact and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed and happy with my treatment. They explained the entire process to me, and I left with much more dental knowledge than when I arrived. I would definitely recommend them!
A really good dentist you can trust, I warmly recommand. He was listening to me, explained each step and often showed me what he was about to do with a small mirror. I really feel at ease knowing what was happening. We need more dentist like that !
The Dental Walrus took me in for an appointment straight away at short notice after one of my teeth broke. Got it all fixed for me and at an affordable price too. Will highly recommend to friends and family
It was nice to see them trying to make patients feel comfortable and communicate. Reservation went through quickly, so it was nice to be able to receive treatment the very next day.
I come from Germany and was travelling around New Zealand, when in recognised some toothache. I called the Dental Walrus and got an appointment at the same day. The staff was super friendly and did an awesome job! Iβm often very nervous at the dentist but I felt super safe there! I would definitely recommend this place :)
My old filling fell off the other day. Rang them for emergency treatment and they were able to make time for my appointment. Awesome experience! Took my partner today to get his teeth done and he also said he doesnβt have to worry his teeth anymore! May is very friendly and caring at all times. Professional treatment. Great explanation before and after each treatment. One of the best dental practice! Will definitely come back if needed and STRONGLY recommended. Thank you Dr. Stephen and May so much.
