I visited Smile Co for the first time today and was really impressed. It’s super convenient to get to from my workplace, and the interior has a calm, welcoming vibe. My appointment was with Nikki—what a star! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job on my teeth. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nikki and Smile Co Dental.
Everyone there is the sweetest. I had Nikki as a dentist, and she made me not hate the dentist anymore. So caring and understanding, making sure im comfortable. Feels like people actually love their job there
As I have a phobia with dental surgery, it had been 18+ years since I last visited one. Recently I broke a back molar and was experiencing pain and discomfort I really needed it Seen too. Smile was recommended by a colleague who highly recommended going here and in all honesty the best decision I had made. Simple online registration and an appointment was made. I meet with Nikki, absolutely a gem! So friendly and genuinely cared about me and my phobia. Made the whole process so smooth, communication was clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable though out the whole process. Reminded me to breathe and after bout 10 minutes I actually relaxed and found the whole process pain free and smooth. I am booked in for further treatment and a plan to move forward with my teeth journey at Smile! I'm extremely happy continuing with Nikki and know that I will be well looked after by her. Best dentist in Dunedin hands down, staff are super friendly and the office is stunning. Great initiatives that challenge common barriers faced when accessing dental care, e.g. anxieties and cost. Mariam is an absolute gem and always ensures her clients understand their treatments, 1000% recommend this dental clinic, thank you guys for all that you do! :)
Professional, honest and exactly what you should expect when going to a dentist. They have a tv on the roof for you with movies for distraction which is great touch; aswell as offering a mirror to see the procedure if you're that way inclined as i am. Showing what you should do and how you can care for everything teeth and gums. Don't settle for anything less. -Matt
