    This evening I went in store to look for some work pants (thrilling I know). I find pant shopping a nightmare so was already feeling pretty frustrated when I went in. Lilian greeted me, showed me a range of styles and then provided guidance on what suited. Once we were successful she whisked them away to give them a steam and when I paid she came around the counter to hand me the bag. These small gestures made a huge impact. I was especially surprised to hear it was only her 4th day! Overall a great experience and I'll be back x
