   We have recently moved to Rangiora and this is my first shopping experience with Blue Illusion. I purchased a navy linen dress online. The service was fast and efficient from Hamilton with frequent updates. When I received it I was unsure of the sizing or fit so decided on a visit to the Merivale store in Chch. The 2 ladies were delightful. After seeing the dress on me - they gladly - without fuss or bother - swapped the dress for a smaller size. It was a wonderful experience all round. Thank you - I shall be back!!

   Update | 23rd March After following up with the team and following up with the custom service, they have chased up the courier company. We were surprised when it arrived at my doorstep around 7pm(22nd of March). The courier company said they'd delivered it on March 12, but it actually arrived on March 22nd, after several phone calls and follow-up! The currie company called PBT. //////// 17Th March I have never experienced such terrible customer service! I ordered a skirt online and after one week of not seeing any sign of delivery I emailed them for assistance! They responded by telling me to contact the courier company and find it myself! The shopping process should be as simple as purchasing the clothes, paying for them, and receiving them, and not having to go and search the city to find them. That's not the way it works. The package was delivered according to the website with no signature, and you want me to go and find it myself? It is quite shocking! I am so disappointed to see such poor treatment from a brand I trust. See the screenshot below!
