“Our family dined here last night, and we had an excellent time. The service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely experience which we did. Very good experience organising this with staff before the event and they were lovely to deal with. Everyone reported they had an amazing time and one of the things everyone has said since the event was "would love to do this again next year". 10/10”

“This is one of my favorite Thai places in canterbury. If you live outside of lincoln, it is worth the drive in to try this place. I have had the pad Thai twice and the crispy fish which comes highly recommended. Don't be afraid of the spiciness, get the medium! Beef cheek curry is to die for.”

“Ok, this place is just heaven on earth. I can't recommend it enough. The food is divine. I mean heavenly off the charts delicious. They have a seafood chowder to rave and remember. All ingredients were fresh and the seasoning just perfect. The place is simple and doesn't look like much, but it really is a must for the soul. Great selection of wines for a cafe. We had the beef casserole and spicy prawns with some house cocktails and even the chicken sandwich was to die for. Sabina is the most delightful and charismatic woman. Her warm and caring hospitality were truly memorable. We sure hope she comes visit us to Mexico. She freely and thoughtfully shared her advice about travelling around NZ. Honestly, we would dine here if we lived in NZ. The flavours will live in our memory forever. Thank you for a great experience”

iSushi runs with a Japanese‑leaning menu and an easy pace. Bento and small plates make for an easy spread. The team keeps things friendly and organised. Plates offer plenty without weighing things down.

Great touch with the branded burger buns. Only slight improvement would be for the Jameson jeus as it had no flavour at all, but a super easy fix”

“Grabbed the 2 slices & a soda for $14 on Saturday just to switch up what I usually get at Riverside. I was prepared to be unimpressed, but had the opposite experience. The 2 slices of pepperoni I ordered were comically huge and utterly delicious: spicy, cheesy, rich -- not sweet sauce -- flavoured with herbs and spices. Very good value, imo.”

“The pizza is expensive but very very delicious, especially the buffalo chicken pizza! The store doesn’t have a lot of seating but there’s normally always at least one seat free. The workers are friendly and overall the store has a very nice vibe to it!”

“Surprisingly nice food and service, despite only having one staff by the time we got there. He is friendly, super patient and helpful when taking our orders. The pizza is also great, it’s got crispy crust and not too soggy or oily, we really enjoyed it.”
