   Had two issues tonight, first not so big issue, My XL pepperoni pizza was missing the aioli drizzle which cost extra. The second issue though . . . The garlic aioli for my chicken bites had a hard and sharp piece of plastic in it that said "Heat" . . . So it was not from the container it was in. Really not happy with that . . . Lucky I noticed it before swallowing. Really not happy about it though . . . . Please do better!

   Super friendly and welcoming staff. Pizzas were too perfection! We were happy with our Pizza and wait time. I also love the Christmas decorations and the new automatic door. Thank you New Brighton Pizza Hut

   Update: Pizza Hut NB contacted us within 2hrs of submitting a complaint, they have offered to replace the pizzas. Will update the review shortly. Photos and review updated. I think the tide went out on my pizza toppings? I've never seen so much crust and so little toppings... Back to the Shirley store for us.

   Disappointed with the quality of pizzas received yesterday. We have had consistently good quality pizzas from Pizza Hut previously so hopefully this is a one off experience. Pizza Hut have made the effort to reach out and they have expressed the pizzas pictured do not meet their usual quality expectations either. Manager is respectful, helpful and approachable with these sort of issues. Amended feedback from 1 to 3 stars, as based on earlier experiences I would have otherwise allocated 4-5 stars as the family has otherwise enjoyed the switch from Dominos to Pizza Hut. Hopefully the food quality is consistently good the next few times we order pizza and I will endeavour to update this feedback in the future.

   Last few times pizzas have hardly had any cheese on them, so last two times we paid for extra cheese, but they came with even less cheese on them. Could see all the base still. Sucks paying extra for something for nothing.

   Perfect pizza!! Price and quality is far superior compared to dominoes. Although the phone didnt pick up we got it easy online. Maybe thats a ploy to get ppl online rather than the phone. Either way love Pizza hut! Will never go back to dominoes

   I went to the pick up the pizza at my requested time. Pizza was ready but one guy was taking the order over the phone whereas other was serving the pizzas. The guy serving the pizza was prioritising his friends and Uber drivers which were there and paying no attention to others. I called him twice but he didn’t responded. My order was ready and was sitting there. No one was listening and the order was getting cold just sitting there. After the guy taking the order over the hang up, I asked him about my order and the experience. He handed me the pizza with no apology. Very bad service.

   An awesome Pizza Hutt. Staff work very hard to keep up with the online orders and public enquiries. The quality of the food is great and the specials they have are real nice. A huge pizza called the Leaning Tower of Pizza. Parking is for most no problem but on the street.
