   If only this photo was the worst thing about this visit, I wouldn’t be posting. But for the second time in 2 weeks, I watched the employee talk and handle his personal phone multiple times whilst preparing orders (maybe yours). Putting his gloved and ungloved hand into his pants to pull them up then back to touching food preparation surfaces, and general unhygienic practices. He seemed completely unaware of basic food hygiene - I would avoid this store - and of course he mucked up our order - he was too distracted with putting his hand into his pants to pull them up. Use Domino’s - it’s just up the road.

   I am regular here. But yesterday pizza was so bad. Minimum cheese on my pizza. I do not feel that is pizza. Even If I was hungry, I stop Heating. It is just bread with pitiful cheese and minimum topping. Quality is going bad. I think owner made my pizza yesterday to save money.

   I ordered two pizzas for my kids and accidentally ordered plain cheese not ham & cheese. The guy who served me was so lovely and surprised us by putting on the ham after they had been cooked and the kids were stoked plus we all thought the note on the box was great! Amazing service!!!

   We ordered 2 pizzas for dinner, the taste was awful . Both Pizzas were over cooked and too much tomato paste on the bases. Really disappointed

   Called in last Wednesday and ordered a The One Box for lunch, service was great and so was the Pizza & Fries. Ordered online on Saturday for CarryOut 2 x The One Box & Large Fries. Collected at 5.30pm again the service from the Team was first rate and the food awesome. Fantastic to have Pizza Hut back at Northwood Supa Center, just 100m from home.

   Very disappointing. Ordered online 45 minutes in advanced for 6pm on a Tuesday night (not busy). Arrive at 6pm on the dot and find my pizzas to have been given to the wrong customers, but the staff kept this quiet and did not tell me anything and just left me waiting 20 minutes for the them to remake my food. And to make it worse, the margarita pizza had no basil pesto, a KEY ingredient to the pizza.

   I would give a zero if I could. The staff are rude and do not have any customer service skills. They delivered the wrong order and refused to correct it or refund us. We tried contacting the store 5 times but had no success. Pizza Hut head office ignored us as well. This is not the first time we received the wrong order. It happens continuously. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Dominos or Hells instead.
