Recently bought the merino tees and loved them, so I decided to go for another set with the buy-1-take-1 promo. Hoping these V-neck merino tees hold up just as well. They’re super comfortable and breathable, and the pricing is much better compared to other brands. Plus, the fit is spot-on — really happy with them!
Only bought one item - a fine wool top that was well over $100 and a complete waste of money - the fabric was terrible quality, with lint balls forming under armpits and where the handbag touched after just a few wears. Two gentle washes later, it’s ready to go in the bin. I have Aldi wool jumpers that last longer. Also, the designs of everything in the store are rather bland and unimaginative.
Alchemy clothes never disappoint. They wear exceptionally well and are ideal for travellers. You are always welcome to browse in the stores with no pressure to purchase.
Alchemy Equipment is my favourite label . I am 188 cm and 90 kg .XL is the perfect fit . I am always confident to order online . The quality , colour palette and design matches all my needs .
Visiting NZ from Vancouver. Browsing this store with no intention of buying but ended up bought jacket for myself because of the wonderful service from the store attendant. Not pushy or patronizing, but helpful and friendly. I used it immediately and can feel the good quality of the jacket. Wish I bought more items there. Well, will do the next time I visit again.

Called the Riverside location in search of a bag (AEL008) that was out of stock online in the specific colour that I wanted. It turned out it was also out of stock at Riverside but the sales consultant, Lynsey, went out of her way to track one down at another location and then phone me a few minutes later to confirm that she had gotten the Riccarton location to set one aside for me. Really pleased with the product (second Alchemy item i've purchased with the AEM001 being the first) but even more pleased with the customer service! Thanks a lot Lynsey!
