Joanne made sure that I was totally happy with the colour and shape of my brows before she started and took great care to get them exactly as I wanted them. A few weeks later I went for a follow up appointment where Joanne tweaked my brows slightly and made them even more perfect. Joanne then restyled my hair and I left there feeling very pampered.
