   Update. Most recent experience great for actual xray but they have changed their policy for results access which does not comply with the Privacy Act, refused to give me results and refused to send copy to GP. Official complaint made. Fast, efficient service and results. Thank you, makes a big difference. A valuable asset to the community. Also, booking on line is an improvement.

   Just WOW. I had issues with an MRI many years ago. The new equipment and staff at Rolleston are fantastic. Little mirrors let you look at the scenery you pick, and the same goes for the music. It made an hour-long process very bearable. Highly recommend.

   Im really disappointed with one of the receptionist here. Obviously the job is perhaps getting a bit much. Her attitude was at first plesant and helpful as I dress and present well . At present I'm entitled to a community support card , this is only for three months due to unforseen circumstances. Once she knew I had one her whole attitude and demener changed . Her attitude was appealing. I feel very sad for anyone who is in a long term situation requiring govt help when you end up dealing with this sort of attitude. I'm considering taking the matter further , as her attitude was un professional and judgemental . She's obviously stuck back in the dark ges when you never accepted help. I would have hoped that attitude hand been thrown out long ago

   Not recommended for pregnancy ultrasound, the sonographer who did my scan was not gentle and treating as if we forced her to do the job, she also denied to do 3D before even starting the scan. I need to also remind them that we are bloody paying and not asking for free service! Please hire friendly staff who can treat pregnant mothers right! do not attend this branch if you are expecting a baby!
