    I've been seeing Chris Yoo at Motus Lincoln and he is far and away the best physiotherapist I've ever seen. Chris clearly explains the diagnosis and the treatments in ways that are easy to understand. He also sends a follow up plan via physiapp which prescribes specific exercises to do, with intructional videos and the ability to track your progress. Also, he has a lovely manner, comes across as genuinely kind and caring, and makes you feel very comfortable. If you have an injury or pain, I can't recommend him highly enough.
