Really bad experience here. I won’t be returning. Very unprofessional. They changed my appointment time 4 or 5 times. I turned up at the time they had told me on the last phone call (and followed up by text confirmation). I walked in and she was incredibly rude to me saying I had turned up at the wrong time - even though it’s the time they changed me to less than half an hour prior. They insisted I was wrong and nobody has changed the time until I showed them the numerous appointment confirmation texts and my call history. No apology to me and blamed the ‘ bad help’.
Had an amazing facial here today. Hats off to Taj who was really sweet and took good care of everything!! Will definitely come here again!!
Tomo and Atsko (apologies for spelling) are talented nail artists - best attention to detail I’ve seen in a long time having my nails done and an extensive range of designs to choose from.
Had a fabulous experience, great service from Stacey made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while getting a brazilian wax, will definitely be going back.
