   I bought my mum a $200 voucher to use for any treatment she would like to use it for as I live in Australia. I called and purchased this directly from the owner of the business. My mums appointment was cancelled 3 times. Then when she did get her appointment she was waiting at the reception approx 10 mins, where the beautician came out and acknowledged her and said she wouldn’t be long. Then after approximately another 15 minutes the beautician came out and said she had double booked and mum would have to make another appointment. Another appointment was made for 2 weeks time which is incredibly frustrating. On arrival for the second appointment mum was again sent away and told to make another appointment. Mum did let them know she had a voucher so I’m not sure if this contributed to the bad service from this business. It should not have made a difference though as I had called and purchased the voucher directly from the business for $200 and did not purchase from any discount websites. Mum requested I purchase the voucher from this business as she was a regular and loyal customer. She will not be back.

   Was very disappointed at my visit although a painful back massage wasn't too bad. I paid for the choice of 2 treatments in the price but not given any on arrival but told what I would get. The lady was quite nosey at my personal life telling me what I should do in relation to not having a garden and that I probably spend my life at the supermarket and I said I don't but the rest is history and am afraid I won't go back

   I cross the world to a world away of serenity, peace and fragrances that I cant find anywhere else. Herbal teas from her garden and plant based facials. Her garden is spectacular and adds serenity to the experience. Greeted at the door by Michelle and welcomed in to the sanctuary leaving the outside world behind I find a place where I can receive not just a wonderful massage or facial, but also feel cared about ! Love this place.

   Just love Michelle's facials & massage. She takes the time to work out what is best for me and we always enjoy good chat. Massage particularly is really good with her - hard enough when I need some kinks worked on but "softly softly" when I am not feeling so great. Highly recommend

   Unfortunately not the best experience. The lady I had was lovely but the experience overall was not the best. When I first got there, I got taken into the room for my massage. The bed and stones for my hot stone massage were not set up, I had to awkwardly stand in the room for about 5-10 minutes whilst she set everything up. The hot stone massage consisted of her leaning the hot stones on my back for about 5-10 minutes while she left the room and then rubbing them up and down my back (not massaging) like fast paced rubbing with hardy any oil for about 5 minutes and that was it. She then gave me a small massage with no stones for about 5 minutes. I then was meant to have a facial and neck and shoulder massage. My facial consisted of her exfoliating my face in the most rough And painful wait then leaving a hot down on my face whilst she rubbed my neck for about 5 minutes. She then put moisturiser on my face and that was it. All together I was there for well under an hour when I should have been there an hour minimum. She also talked at least 75% of the time I was getting my massage. She never got me to fill out a consultation form nor asked if I had allergies ect. Did not tell me a single thing or product we was placing on my face and the whole time I was there all I could hear was the reception phone going off. I feel really bad writing this review as the last was nice biy unfortunately a very unpleasant experience

   I had Louisa today and she was genuinely the most amazing beauty therapist I have had in my life. So warm and bubbly and just a great girl! I had a Brazilian and underarm and she took care of me, made me feel comfortable and made me laugh to distract me from what was going on. I haven’t had a better experience anywhere else. Plus she did an amazing job with the Brazilian and underarm. I’m really happy with my experience. Thank you so much Louisa. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
