   A few of my family members went into this branch last week. My daughter asked how much for the 5 sea Shells under the counter, in a bowl..the manager told her $16!! I said she doesn't want the bowl, just the Shells, the manager said sarcastically I suppose you want to pay $1. My daughter replied I would pay $5..the woman scoffed at her, then proceeded to talk rudely with another staff member..my sister heard it all as she waited by counter to pay for her items.. This place needs new staff!! They are rude and overcharge..the place is overstocked but why are they charging prices that are ridiculous?? Someone lining their own pockets?? Shocking behaviour..we will never return there again.. Someone needs to sort them out!! For a 'Christian' organization, this behaviour is unacceptable!! Poor form!! Karma is real

   Dont get me wrong this opshop has great stuff but all the staff are so rude and always hostile or on edge, i honestly would give this opshop a four for its contents but the way the staff treats you is horrendous why do they have to be so rude and condescending, its just a opshop? Why the power trip?

   While others have commented on the clutter but I wouldn't say it's messy, it's jam packed but things are all visible and as tidy as a well nosed around store can be. My 2 year old calls it his "favourite second hand shop", alway heaps to look at and we always leave with something :). The winner for me though, is the staff, they are so friendly, always say hi, and are such a delight! Definitely the best second hand store staff I've come across, I think the thing that truly brings me back. I don't typically buy clothes, but I've seen the staff go around with customers helping them find things they are after.

   Popped into this store this afternoon. Fabulous vibe AND I was able to pay for items I'd purchased from Red Cross on Barbados St, unfortunately their Eftpos wasn't working & the kind lady said I could pay next time we're in the store. Great to see that people still trust one another. We'll be back.

   This opshop has potential but even time I come in I'm disappointed. Everything is far too crammed together, I usually don't bother looking through the clothing because of how tightly packed it is on the racks. The shoes are full of dust, and dirty. Most of the store is an absolute mess. I'm sure there is some nice stuff amongst the chaos but its too overwhelming and cluttered. Staff talk loudly to each other right across the store. Very irritating when you just want to browse in peace. Yet they do not acknowledge and greet the customers who come into the store. Poor customer service. The store just smells damp and musty and I wouldn't recommend it.

   This little gem is packed with stuff. More dated items than yesterdays hand me downs. But you are sure to find a new treasure. Some funky hats and clothes were sighted. Parking on surrounding streets, although there are a few bays in front of the store as well. Worth a look.

   Good shop and plently of bargains can be found if you take the time and rummage around. Most of the staff are nice, only encountered one lady yesturday who was a bit prickly when asked a question and appeared to be annoyed with me when I was looking at clothes next to where she was sorting the jewelry as I got the impression I was in her way. Not great customer service on her part, but hey they are volunteers.
