   I had an important document to get printed in a very specific way, and being without my laptop and tight on time, Esther very patiently and kindly gave me different options and helped me in a very professional way. I know it’s not the kind of things they do and she went above and beyond to help. Her calm manner and focus gave me the reassurance I needed. Great staff. ☺️

   We live in Amberley and so phoned first to make sure I could get a passport photo taken.Was told yes.Drove in to Rangiora store ,But was told the camera was broken when they tried to use it in the morning.We had called early afternoon.No communication between staff.Wasted fuel and time to get there.Staff member at counter did apologise though.

   Tried to get one photo printed. Was told 5 mins wait. Decided to get a frame. Came back to pay for it all. 7 minutes had passed. Waited another 30 minutes with constant reassurances in that time that it's the next one. Gave up at that point and asked for a refund. It then took another two staff members ten minutes to issue a refund. In that time the photo still didn't print. Either there's a training issue at this place or just incompetent people working there. 47 minutes wasted for the sum total of nothing purchased.

   I was very disappointed in the young lad who was supposedly helping the public. Working in retail myself, I know what good service is and I certainly didn't get it from him.

   I went to the printing counter last night around 7pm and there was only one person doing all the printing and serving (I think her name was Alex) being less than a week before Christmas I thought that was crazy and she was clearly under a lot of pressure. However, even though Alex was busy and jumping between 2 sometimes 3 different customers whilst also doing printing, she still had exceptional customer service and was patient and poised with all that needed assisting- including myself. Being a Manager myself in retail I know how stressful this time of year can be and I was blown away by her service. Absolute star.
