   Very disappointed to hear how they treated my partner when he came in to buy a bag I had on my wishlist for Christmas. When he walked in the lady rudely asked if he was lost. When he said why he was there she remarked she didn't expect anyone who looked like him to be shopping there. When he said he was buying a Christmas gift she remarked she was surprised someone with him would shop there. I told him he should've left the bag and walked out. Highly disappointed. Staff need some training.

   Hey. Today I was in store @ Westfield Mall and I was so impressed with all the staff there. Beside how they interacted with but with all the customers. My biggest shout out goes to Tyrone who served me, he was fantastic. Thankyou Tyrone for your service today, because of you I will shop at Country Road more often.

   A very disappointing trip to country today. As my girlfriend was excited on purchasing a new bag but met with a very rude sales person (with a permed short hair), as we requested a new bag from the back so it’s brand new and with no scratches she looked like she didn’t look interested in helping us. Upon receiving the new bag we asked if we could check it just to make sure what we are getting isn’t defective, she gave us the look like we were inconveniencing her. Every bag we’ve bought has been handled gently, even meticulously wrapped with tissue paper for every product we buy before putting it on the paper bag unfortunately, that standard wasn’t met today and it felt like she just wanted us out of the shop so she could move on with what she was doing. All the other experience we had with country road has been amazing A+ but tonight was very disappointing felt like she did not want to serve any customers. It was just sad as we try to be careful with what we buy being handled so roughly.

   Today at Country Road Riccarton I was treated very poorly by a staff member with blue hair. As I went to ask her if she'd mind popping my things on hold she cut me off to say she was going on break and to ask someone else. I am the customer. Very rude if you ask me! Would've taken her 10 seconds to put my items out the back which is where she was headed.

   Quality clothing store for women men children and baby from new born, on the slightly pricey end. Their range includes clothes, shoes, jewelry and accessories. Friendly and helpful staff, the store is often on sale. Loyalty programme offers good discount and spam emails daily.
