“Today, I suddenly heard a weird and very loud noise coming from the front of my car. I panicked and drove straight to BM Workshop without any appointment or notice. Even though it was nearly closing time, they didn’t hesitate — they immediately put my car on the hoist, removed the tyre, found the issue, and fixed it without charging me a cent. I’ve always done all my BMW servicing with them, and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else in Christchurch. Truly fabulous guys — highly recommend them to any BMW owner!”

“Well above and beyond!! Sam took very good care of my car. I came in for a cambelt change and while doing that he found a coolant leak and went extra mile to find the root cause. Then phoned and explained me the issue. Thanks to Sam's great customer service, it was a friday late afternoon. Even though he had to close at 5pm, he stayed longer until he find the radiator replacement and made sure the leak stopped. Thanks again Sam. I 100% recommend this guy.”

“This past weekend we copped a sudden (unpatchable) flat tire while in Rolleston. Bridgestone Rolleston was just down the road so I gave them a call 40 mins before they closed to see if they could help us out. They told us to drop in, so by the time we got the spare on we arrived after 11.30am (closing time 12pm). Angad and his colleague (didn’t get the second name sorry) replaced both front tyres for us in record time and we were rolling out at 12.02pm. Price was reasonable and service was impeccable.
