My WOF was due, and I needed it urgently. They sorted it within a couple of hours.I couldn’t ask for more. Really a great team! They even sent me a video of the inspection, which was really cool.
I cannot recommend Bridgestone enough. I called very last minute in a bit of a panic after realising two of my tyres were extremely unsafe to drive on, all while needing to head out on a six-hour trip that same day. They told me to come in straight away and said they’d do their best to help — and they absolutely delivered. Not only did they get me sorted, they gave me a great deal on four new tyres and a wheel alignment. They even had the work finished an hour earlier than quoted and had me back on the road within two hours. The team were incredibly accommodating and genuinely professional. They even sent someone over to Christchurch to pick up the tyres immediately so I wouldn’t be late for my appointment and so I could get back to Otago on time. Unbelievable service, top-quality workmanship, and genuinely kind people. Hands down a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
This past weekend we copped a sudden (unpatchable) flat tire while in Rolleston. Bridgestone Rolleston was just down the road so I gave them a call 40 mins before they closed to see if they could help us out. They told us to drop in, so by the time we got the spare on we arrived after 11.30am (closing time 12pm). Angad and his colleague (didn’t get the second name sorry) replaced both front tyres for us in record time and we were rolling out at 12.02pm. Price was reasonable and service was impeccable. Thanks for helping us out at short notice on a busy Saturday, we really appreciated it!

I called and asked for my two left tyres to be replaced as the tread was getting too low. I then took my car in on the 12th of December 2022 and discussed again that the two left tyres had to be done. I went to pick up my car and Shane had replaced the front two tyres instead but never communicated this before doing the job. He said that the other front one was almost ready to be changed too but still did not change the back left (the other one I asked to be changed). My partner and I complained that he had done this. He then apologised and offered to get a tyre for the left rear and to do it at cost. He also said we would get a voucher for a free wheel alignment. My partner took my car in a couple of days later to get the rear tyre replaced, and was also quoted the cost price by another person upon arrival. When my partner picked up my car after getting the rear tyre replaced, a different guy tried to charge him full price for the tyre and he had to argue with him about what the agreement was and he had to call Shane to find out the deal. Because Shane had quoted cost price, the other guy charged my partner cost + gst which my partner then argued that was not what was quoted but just ended up agreeing to it. Shane said it would take a while for the voucher to come from head office. We called him on multiple occasions, one month after, and then another month later, but the voucher had still not arrived. My partner even went in to the store to ask about the voucher and was told every time that it hadn’t arrived yet. It is now June 25th 2023 and we still haven’t heard anything or received the voucher. Appalling customer service, they clearly do not care about retaining customers. I will not be returning. Such a disappointment and waste of time.
I had an exceptional experience with Rolleston Bridgestone. After switching out all four tires on my Jeep Compass, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. Not only did they offer highly competitive pricing, but the quality of their work was outstanding. The manager went above and beyond to assist me, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this establishment and will undoubtedly return for any future tire needs.
