“Had a battery and charger fitted A year or 2 ago in our caravan and had a prob with the charger not working when we were down in Queenstown. Dropped the workshop a photo and email and they booked me 2 days later. It was replaced , installed under warranty and Sparks also charged and checked my battery and gave me some good advice on charging etc- and all no charge! Great advice and service and a good example of why I deal with good companies who have good suppliers. Thanks again!”

They were patient with me when I was having difficulty bringing my car in due to work commitments, when I finally got in they got it all sorted, explained the process to me clearly. They had a loan car for me while mine got fixed, when I returned to get my car not only was it perfectly fixed like nothing had happened but they had cleaned it up inside and out!! They had buffed out my kids fingerprints and the car looks brand new! Above and beyond. Also so friendly, so easy to deal with and the nice man there even gave my kids some lollies after checking with me if it was OK!!!
