   The experience I had with the entire staff was amazing! Customer service was exceptional start to finish, going out of their way to squeeze me in during the busiest time of year all to fit my trip schedule.    I had broken the seatbelt ad airbag wires when rotating the seat in our campervan. I was planning to go to an auto electrician to get it fixed but checked with my local garage first. They were happy to look at it. They repaired the wires and protected them so it wouldn't happen again. Great job and good value price-wise.

   Worst experience ever! Make sure you receive a written quote before confirming a repair, otherwise you might be unpleasantly surprised!! We received a verbal quote of a MAX of 350 NZD and received a bill, without any warning at all, of 1,100 NZD!! Very questionable practice; NEVER AGAIN!

   Worst service experience ever! And a waste of money. Booked my car for check as I got coolant level warning light on my dash. And noticed something was leaking under the car. Presumed it could be coolant but was not sure. After an hour I got my car back stating that nothing is leaking and that the water pump is probably damaged. Also was promised to get estimated cost to get it fixed but it never happaned. Couple days later dash light came up again and when I checked coolant level it was on minimum and kept dissapearing after every drive. Anyway.. i booked my car in another service, they found broken hose and fixed it in an 1.5h.

   Fantastic service from the mechanic at the workshop this morning when I popped in to check on a weird noise my car was making. He took the time to look at it on the spot and as it was a quick fix, sorted it right there and then for me. He even gave the battery a bit of a clean while the bonnet was up. Totally went the extra mile which I really appreciated. Thanks for your great service!
