“Came here for the dinner buffet. For $25, it was very worth it! Food included crumbed fish, pork schnitzel, creamy chicken drumsticks, sausages and lamb ribs. All tasted very homely. The highlight was definitely the pastries! So crispy and warm. We also got the cheaper parking rates from the hotel which was a bonus as weekday city parking is usually pricey. Would highly recommend”

“Wow what an amazing place! First time in the staff Greeted me with a welcoming G'day. Unfortunately I'm gluten free (celiac) However this wasn't a problem as they had a few different opinions. The Kebab came out before I could sit down, To say the service was outstanding is an understatement. My first bite left me wondering if I should get up & order a second (the portion to price was definitely correct) it was absolutely delicious. “Love this place. The girls that run it so a wonderful job at keeping up with what can be many customers all wanting something to eat and drink. Tried many things on the menu, loved them all but I'd have to say my favourites were the hot chips, by far the best I've had while travelling NZ and the BLAT Sandwich. Also the Carrot Muffins are divine. The coffee was also a must have for my morning routine. Look forward to coming back in the future.”

“I came tonight with my sister. It was such a lovely experience. I ordered a burger, and my sister got the shrimp. I had ordered the wrong burger, and they were able to correct the issue, with no additional charges. It was quite busy, but we still got our food in a reasonable time frame. The waitstaff are the best, they are very attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a spot to eat.”

“The loveliest experience. Very nice staff and the food is delicious. $7 happy hour (5-7.30pm) beers and $12 cocktails too! I think it may be newer owners as the food is Indian and Pizza now which seems different to earlier reviews. They were also more than happy to make us a vegan meal. A must do if coming to Spark Arena. Well definitely be back”

Staff is fantastic and attentive and bar itself is brooding, intimately lit with an ambiance of live jazz underground club. The wine selection is fantastic and their cocktails are impressive.
