All information is available and clear, plus Helen always goes out of her way to respond to any questions. My daughter loves learning to dance here and would attend ALL the classes if she could. “I have lived in Redhill for 15 years. I have worked in the community as a nurse and was a board trustee at Rosehill College. I have heard of awesome mahi done by the principal at Redhill primary school. Kaupapa of whanau and whare for her pupils. Eating together, having a sleep if needed. Wow, amazing kaupapa. I would love to meet this awesome wahine. That's what South Auckland need in all of its schools. Well done, mana wahine.”

“My daughter is very happy here.”
“Our daughter started at Owairaka Kindergarten at the beginning of 2021 and she loves it. Having been a New Entrant teacher for seven years, I had strong ideas about what I was looking for in a kindergarten. Owairaka Kindergarten ticked all the boxes for us. The teachers are really kind and caring, you can tell they truly care about your child and know your child well. The outdoor and indoor provisions are great. There’s always new and interesting activities set up for the children so they get a wide range of experiences. Storypark is regularly updated with your child’s learning stories so you can learn more about what goals they are working on and their progress in meeting them. And most importantly, the children are happy and have lovely friendships with each other. You know when you leave your child will be happy, safe and cared for. I would highly recommend Owairaka Kindergarten to anyone looking for a great start to their child’s educational journey!”
“School has broad international view on education, sees value in and supports bilingual learning, including French and Maori. A place to go if you want your kids to be international citizen, more empathetic and more open minded to other ethnicities and cultures. Like without trades among countries there will be world war, ignoring another cultural heritages risks the stability of the society in long term. The multicultural learning environment is priceless at this school. I reckon if the kids after graduation can't find an intermediate multicultural place to go, consider expand to include intermediate.”

“I rate Redhills kindergarten 5 stars because my child has learnt more then what I expected. Witnessing my childs growth over the years with Redhills kindy has been a pleasure and he definitely has the vocabulary, writing skills and the confidence to start primary next year. We love the teachers! but the head teacher can be a bit sour some days. Thank you very much Redhills kindy.”

“My daughter attended the Royal Oak Learning Centre for about six months, and I couldn’t be happier with how much she’s grown. Moving to a new country was a big adjustment for her, and this was the first learning centre she attended here. Naturally, she felt a bit uncertain at first, especially since her English was limited and only one other child spoke Chinese. What really stood out to me was how the centre handled her situation with such care. They arranged for a Chinese-speaking teacher to support her, which made a world of difference in helping her feel secure and understood during that challenging time. The teachers are not just skilled, but also genuinely caring. They really take the time to get to know each child and their needs, creating a warm and nurturing environment where kids actually look forward to learning. Thank you to the entire team for making her learning experience so enriching and enjoyable!”
