Both my girls attended this centre from 6 months old, up until they went to school. Our family had a great experience here, would highly recommend.
Kindercare Grey Lynn is the MOST lovely centre and my daughter absolutely loved it. She started at 15 months in the baby room and progressed to the toddler and then big kid room. All her teachers were loving, patient, kind. attentive and dedicated to their roles. It became like a family for us - not a daycare, but somewhere our little one spent time each day where she felt loved but also inspired and challenged to learn and grow. They did interesting and fun activities each day, thrived on the routine and consistency and loved the occasional school trip to locations like the art gallery, library and bush walks in the older kid room. They got to bring their togs in the summer and play with water and even in winter got lots of outside time with beanies and coats. We were very sad to leave such beautiful teachers and such a loving environment when it came time for her to start school. Can not recommend more highly.
We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Kindercare Grey Lynn! The care and dedication of the teachers are truly heartwarming. A special shoutout to the teachers— genuine connection with the children makes such a positive difference. The centre as a whole is fantastic—nurturing, professional, and always creating a fun and safe learning environment. We’re grateful to be part of such a supportive and loving family. Kindercare Grey Lynn - what a great choice for our young boys’ preschool years. From my first encounter when I was choosing which daycare to send my first baby to and the centre manager welcomed me to drop by at anytime, admitting it might be a little noisy and chaotic but come anyway. She understood this was the biggest decision I had made as a first time mum. That hallmark openness and empathy has never faded. It’s been 4 years now with two children attending. All the teachers are consistently kind, inclusive, energetic and imaginative with the children. Trust lives in their classrooms - from the children to the teachers but the other way to. It used to blow my mind what the teachers could get my children to do when they were only 18 months old. The teachers seemed to have magical powers! There’s a lesson taught in every moment. The teachers expertise are obvious but not in an arrogant way - at Kindercare parents, teachers and children are in it together and it feels like magic.
Great learning centre. Lots of activities for children to do outside of learning. Amazing teachers that will spend time with your children. Good ratios so that your children dont get looked over.
Infants’ room was small and crowded. No hand washing for babies. Staff tried very hard to please parents which was good but they were mean to each other.
