“Our 2 year old daughter started here 3 months ago and we are absolutely thrilled with this centre. It’s a wonderful, big, happy and exciting environment for the kids while also being surprisingly calm, and the teachers are truly wonderful. They have all been so kind and caring and have really helped to ease the transition for our daughter who has been nervous about starting kindy. You can tell that they are all truly caring and wonderful teachers. The centre also has a great routine with the kids and is well managed and privately owned which I think is a big benefit. Highly recommend.”

“After visiting many centres, including some way closer to home, I can fully vouch for New Shoots Greenhithe. Everything is welcoming there: the teachers, the staff and the space. It is open, peaceful, full of light and surrounded by nature. I felt very supported on the early weeks where everything was new. Now, after 6 months, I can confidently say that NSGH was the best decision we could have made. I am amazed to see how my daughter is thriving, learning new things everyday, having fun no matter the weather outside. I can feel in our daily interactions how much the teachers and other staff care for her and she also shows she loves to be there by happily talking about them all the time. “We’ve been doing transition visits recently with my 17-month-old daughter, and I truly appreciate the teachers here. They are patient, sensitive to each child’s needs and interests, and always respond with love and understanding. After the first two hours I left my daughter with the teachers, she came back home singing Brown Bear! Since then, every time she arrives at the centre, Teacher Wilma shows her the goldfish she loves, and Teacher Chloe sings Brown Bear with her—creating a warm, consistent, and welcoming atmosphere. Each time during pick-up, I can see how well the teachers know my daughter—her likes and dislikes, and her little habits. Even though we’ve only been here for two weeks, I can already see a genuine relationship and attachment forming between her and the teachers. I feel so thankful and blessed to have chosen this place.”

“Update: It’s been over a year and a half since my last review and we are still very happy with our Palms family. The centre just had a makeover and it looks amazing!! My daughter is so happy when it’s “Kindy Time” I hardly get a goodbye when I drop her off before she jets off to play with her friends. My daughter started with Palms Educare a week ago and the staff has really helped making the transition easier. The teachers in the baby class are amazing and caring and have so much patience. My daughter also has a medical condition and the staff has been very supportive and accommodating. So far we are very happy and will definitely recommend the centre (in fact I have already).”

“The first thing I want to say is how lucky I was to make the right decision. My son is three years old, and before that I visited a lot of places and did a lot of research. I knew a little bit about the environment before I came here and courses are great. I didn't expect too much for the teachers to be so friendly and responsible. For me, the feelings and experiences of children are more important than anything else. Because my son has not attended any day care before, his native language is not English, and his grandmother often takes care of him went back home for a period of time, which makes me worried about whether he will adapt to the new environment. All teachers, the front desk staff and the centre manager all understood my concerns and cooperated with each other to help my son to adapt faster and better. After two weeks transiting,my son is happy to stay and not crying after we drop him off. I am really grateful to the teachers there and this is the most responsible place I have encountered. They will understand the parents' thoughts and concerns, and work together, everything is for the sake of the child. Hope my son will have a wonderful journey in kakapo creek.”

“Kids Cove is a amazing centre. My son has been attending the centre for a year and a half and I am grateful for the time , effort, love and care that was given to him. Especially the Storytellers team, Teacher Shuchie and her team have done an amazing job teaching my son, he comes home every day using big words like Translucent and Transparent and explaining to me what those words mean. Those are just a simple example of how much my son has thrived intellectually and emotionally at Kids Cove.”

“We’ve had our 3 children in the care of Fantails Silverdale since 2018, and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The teachers are always so warm, caring, and dedicated to the children, which makes a huge difference in their development. It’s clear they’re genuinely passionate about creating a nurturing environment. The outdoor space is fantastic! There’s plenty of room for the kids to play and explore, and it’s a great feature of the centre. I also love that they have separate rooms for different age groups, so each child gets the attention and activities suited to their stage of development. Fantails organizes regular events that keep things fresh and exciting for the kids, from themed days to celebrations, and they always look forward to these. The extra activities they offer, like playball, swimming, and school visits, are a nice touch and give the children a variety of experiences beyond the typical classroom setting. What stands out most, however, is how the management truly listens to feedback. They are always open to suggestions and seem genuinely invested in improving the centre. It’s clear that they care about the families they serve. We couldn’t be happier with the care our kids are receiving at Fantails, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a supportive, engaging, and professional early learning centre.”
