Absolutely love them they are really amazing and always so friendly with all four of my kids wouldn't go anywhere else they are really good and always make sure that my kids are relaxed and comfortable before proceeding.
I really liked the services they provided. I called in the morning to explain my son's toothache. The receptionist accommodated us with a 15-minute slot to see the doctor. We were fortunate that the doctor saw him, and they made an immediate decision to extract the tooth. I really appreciate Dr. Hannah; she did an amazing job
My son had an urgent tooth removal due to a decaying tooth which chipped and I think the tooth was pressing on the nerve. They said that they have student dentist there and that the experienced dentist would only be available in 23 days time. (16th September 2024). I didnt want my child to be guinea pig for a trainee and I requested a referral letter because another dentist gave me an appointment on the day. They refused to give me a referral letter, and the lady on the phone told me that it's not in their policy. So the child's welfare is not a priority, only the government funded money. This place is unfair and ridiculous! Her argument was that the trainee dentist were in their last year but she said they have years of experience! How does that make sense. Thankfully, my child is all good now after the dentist in howick pulled his molar milk tooth out, and gave some great advice. Howick Dental Surgery. Amazing people!

My partner Went to this place told them what he wanted done, and they gave him a price, then they started doing something different to what they had agreed.. He will not be going back there. We do not recommend this place to anyone..
