   We are really happy to have found Palms Educare in Browns Bay. From the very first day, we felt welcomed into a caring and supportive community. The teachers are wonderful – warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about the children’s learning and wellbeing. Our child has settled in so quickly and comes home each day excited to share new experiences. The environment is bright, safe, and full of engaging activities that encourage both learning and fun. We also love how the center brings families together, creating a real sense of belonging. We are so pleased to have found not only a great place for our child’s early education, but also new families and friendships here. Highly recommend Palms Educare!

   We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Palms since our son Michael started there at 2.5 years old. He absolutely loves going every day and is always excited to see his friends and teachers. Recently the centre had to close for three months for renovations, and Michael could hardly wait to return. The warm, family-like atmosphere, full of freedom, creativity, and support, is truly special. After the renovations, the place looks even better, while still keeping the same loving environment. A huge thank you to the entire Palms team and to Fang for looking after our little one with so much care and dedication. We feel very lucky to be part of this community!

   Update: It’s been over a year and a half since my last review and we are still very happy with our Palms family. The centre just had a makeover and it looks amazing!! My daughter is so happy when it’s “Kindy Time” I hardly get a goodbye when I drop her off before she jets off to play with her friends. My daughter started with Palms Educare a week ago and the staff has really helped making the transition easier. The teachers in the baby class are amazing and caring and have so much patience. My daughter also has a medical condition and the staff has been very supportive and accommodating. So far we are very happy and will definitely recommend the centre (in fact I have already).

   We are so excited to be returning to Palms after a long three month wait for the makeover. It looks amazing now with the new outdoor play area's improvements and all the new furniture inside. The kids already had a blast exploring all the new things to do. Looking forward to watching the kids flourish in a happy, safe and trusted environment. I would recommend Palms to any family looking for a second home and family for their young ones.

   At palms, our kids have made wonderful relationships with both the teachers and the children. Palms educare is more than just a daycare, it is a community. They consistently provide a safe, warm & loving environment for our kids (18m & 3yr) to flourish within themselves. The natural environment & hands on learning experiences encourage the kids to be excited about learning!

   Very nice place! They've got spacious beautiful outside area. My son loved doing lots of activities there especially messy and water play. Also, they are doing walks and trips regularly that my son really enjoyed too! Lovely stuff, they truly cared about the whole family and we had a big support from them.

   My son has been at Palms for 1.5 years and he is absolutely thriving. I was very apprehensive to enrol him in to a new daycare (as i was very fond of his old one), but his main caregiver and the manager made this transition a pleasant experience. One of Palms philosophy’s is community and I love that they are always coming up with different ways of getting the kids to enjoy their community. Taking them out on walks in nature, class trips, and involving parents/caregivers every step of the way makes my experience sending my son there more enjoyable. All the staff are wonderful and o can see the time and effort they put in to the Center and the all kids. 10/10 would recommend Palms to anyone.

   Great place! All teachers are friendly, patient and kind. My daughter started at Palms Educare early this year and we were worrying about her as she never had kindy experience at the beginning. Then teachers brought her into this warm family with kind heart. Now she enjoys playing there with friends and teachers every day.

   My daughter joined the centre when we moved to BrownsBay recently and I really appreciate the teachers taking care of her since then. There are a lot of spaces outdoor and plenty of activities (playground, sandpit, etc) to occupy her during the day and help her develop physically and mentally. She always gives me something she made, sometimes a picture or craft. She makes many new friends and knows all the teachers' names. It was lovely to see her teacher reading a storybook to the kids when I picked her up the other day.
