Prices are good, but the service is pretty average. The office staff took my order straight away, but the yard guy carried on doing his own thing. Another yard guy noticed I’d been waiting for a while and came over to serve me.
Theses guys are excellent, helpful, curtious and stock virtually everything you'll need. Highly recommend.
Great service, quick and reasonably priced delivery (we are on the shore) but best of all the timber is always top notch.
This is by far the most refreshing customer service throughout many of the timber retailers available today, they are very knowledgeable and when they say they will call you back....they do! Hats off to this company and its staff...i personally will continue to solely use Timerworld as much as possible.

Customer services were always good until the new guy named Steve started working there. The guy with white hair who have just been there for few months. He is unfriendly and grumbly, not sure he is like that with others or not but he talks to me like he was my boss. He also tried to rip me off once. We pay you to serve us with suitable manners as you should, not like we come and beg you for the materials we purchase. Other staff are very friendly.
