   I have wondered around bunnings and mitre 10, looking for the right parts for my bathroom door handles. I should have come here straight away. I showed the door handle and was given with all the necessary parts within a minute with very cheap price. Thank you for your expertise! My door has been fixed. Wish I could have gotten what day today was - “Monday”

   Very disappointing service. Handle Solutions recommended and fitted an electronic door lock for my specific situation. It failed, they replaced and it failed again. They then said it wasn’t suitable for my specific situation (!) and replaced with another brand - charging me for both the new product and the installation. When questioned about it being a warranty issue and ongoing discussions they have put it with debt collectors. Having spent $1000’s with them for house reno they obviously don’t honour warranties or have any sense of service for their customers.

   Staff were very helpful when we visited the shop, buying an expensive front door lock. Two weeks after installation, we noticed that 2 of the 4 retaining pins showed signs of corrosion. We removed the lock and brought it back to the shop. Staff assured us, that they would contact the supplier and we would hear back get within a couple of days. Covid Delta hit the following week, we waited, then later emailed the company adding pictures of the corroded parts. Weeks later, we sent a follow up email. A staff member rang, informing us the supplier is working in level 3, but he knew nothing about our problem, but would follow up. Since then, now three months down the track, we are yet to hear from the company again! Sick of waiting for something to happen, my husband went ahead and made stainless steel replacement parts. We would not reccomend or use this business again.

   Really disappointing experience. I visited the store with a list of items I needed to purchase for our renovation, requiring expertise to help me choose them. The staff member seemed very abrupt and impatient and made me feel I was an inconvenience. He was borderline rude. He said he'd email me a quote within a couple of days. It's been a month or so now and I haven't received anything, despite also following up with an email. The two stars are for the range of products in store - they do seem to have a good range.

   I am a locksmith and I source quite a bit of hardware from handle solutions. I recommended them without reservation. Their prices are competitive. They stock hardware at just about every quality/price point. They are experienced installers and know their products well. They have saved me many headaches by informing me of good product alternatives when a specific part cannot be found, special considerations for installation of certain hardware, and when I should avoid a certain product for a specific application, even when it costs them a sale.

   Have been dealing with Handle Solutions for a few years, they supply most of the door hardware we use for our clients. We find them to be reliable, reasonable prices and great selection. We do all of our own installs and haven't had a problem with any of the hardware quality and they've always been happy to help source product for us when required.
