“My favourite supermarket, I go here multiple times a week and have been doing this for around 5 years. Relatively small store with a tonne of selection. All the staff are incredible and they are always polite, helpful, and keep shelves stocked. Beats any supermarket in west Auckland radius by a long shot.”

“My nan runs the place lovely lady honest, Always making others laugh makes fair prices for clothes, she's very posh so only great quality's don't hate at them as most brands are 30-60 dollars more. She googles the true price of items I know as sometimes I come to work and help do the googleing and just because you don't have most ney on you for the clothes don't hate she's lovely and all the employees and workers. “We LOVE the BBQ pork buns from here! They've got a good selection of ingredients and foods from a variety of Asian cultures, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Malaysian and Indonesian. Friendly staff and tidy (albeit a little cramped) store. Just watch out for the parking, it'll really test your cars maneuverability!”

“Exceptional Service! One staff member truly stood out during my visit last week — I believe his name is Willis. I first noticed him as I entered through the ramp entrance; he passed by with a friendly smile and picked up every bit of litter along the way. Throughout my shopping trip, which lasted over an hour, I kept seeing him actively working — always on the move, always attentive. His dedication and strong work ethic were so impressive that I asked another team member for his name and role. Later, I saw him again, clearing boxes and picking up items that had fallen from shelves. And then again as I was checking out he was their assisting customers. I took a moment to compliment him on his incredible effort and mentioned how I’d noticed he hadn’t stopped working since I arrived. He responded with a polite smile and genuine appreciation. Willis, keep up the fantastic work — it doesn’t go unnoticed!”

“One of the biggest supermarket in Papakura. It’s surrounded by various shops and restaurants. Always good to visit. The inside looks very fresh, clean and tidy. The layout is nice. You will find everything you need. Ample variety of fresh fruit and juice. The online shopping pickup area is great. The staff are generous and courteous. There is ample parking available. The entrance is from mIn great south road and the opposite road.”

“My local. Went in on the 19th to buy a mattress, which was on special, ending the same day. Their computers were down and so they couldn't process the sale. I went back today, and they honored yesterday's sale price(which was a huge price difference to today's price).Was very impressed with their ethics and customer service.”

“I found about BabySteps through some online research - my sister had a baby in 2022 and needed goat milk (as the little one was reacting badly to the standard formula). I was astonished that she was paying almost $80 per tin for the standard brands in the supermarket. BabySteps came along in my search, and I thought my sister could give it a go. Luckily enough, the formula they used was more mild that the little one could manage. Fast forward to today, my nephew just turned 1 years old, and he is a big boy, growing and developing well, in part due to your formula, great price, and online delivery. Even from Australia, I could order two cans every 15 days to be sent direct to their door. Thank you for your hard work and for making a great product.”
