“I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“I attended a class at MAMA Maternity and it was fab. The educator was fantastic, she was friendly and very knowledgeable and I came out feeling much more confident about my birth and caring for my new baby after attending them. I would definitely recommend them to others.”

“Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.”

“Didn't have my glasses on and paid for items that must've been scanned before I used the checkout. I didn't realise until I left the store. When I went back the staff at information and security couldn't have been nicer and understanding. They checked the footage and gave me a refund, so thank you, even though it was technically my stupidity for forgetting my glasses!”

“A lovely elderly lady was at the cash counter Saturday morning, friendly and it’s refreshing to see a retail staff having friendly conversation and show passion for products. “In early 2019 I left a review stating that while Fresh and More used to be my go-to place for fruit and veges, but at that time the quality of the produce and cleanliness of the store had degraded so badly that I would no longer shop there. I am not sure if there has been a change of ownership or what, but as of this writing in January 2021 I am so pleased to report that the Fresh and More I used to love is back!! I dropped in to see how things were going while my husband was visiting the bakery next door and everything looked much more inviting - I bought some absolutely divine cherries that were huge and juicy and the best price I had seen anywhere out west. The facilities are clean, the fruit that is by the doors are now properly protected by netting , and the staff were helpful and efficient. I will definitely be going back again. I am really happy to see that changes have been made and my favourite fruit store is back to being awesome :)”

“This is a smaller Woolworth store focusing on the smaller variety of items due to the busy and premium location. In spite of the smaller stock levels, the variety is well maintained and well displayed too. The aisles are wide and clean. The store layout is very intuitive and focuses on deli, quick bites and coffee. Self service check outs are available too with quick payment options. The location is easily accessible but parking is at a premium and very hard to find. Well recommended to get a quick bite or grab smaller items instead of a complete week or month full of shopping.”

“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”
