We have just had a few days in Dunedin at your motel and must thank you very much for a most comfortable room and the king size bed was just like ours at home! The room was so very well designed and had a great outlook across the city . The position was ideal and easy to access in walking distance. The amazing thing about it was it was so very quiet. And the car parking was so convenient. Thank you so much.

Travelled around the South Island and this was the best accommodation we had. Not the flawless and flash 5 star kind but clean and comfortable and everything you need with so much space. A convenient location with parking as well. Reasonable price. Really good!
The room was very spacious, and even though we chose a non-cooking type, it still came with a full set of utensils and cutlery. Everything was spotless and well-kept, making it a place where you can truly rest comfortably and with peace of mind.

Very neat and clean rooms. Offers everything you need from a self contained appartment and more. It is conveniently located within the CBD and offers free parking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We are extremely satisfied with our stay!
Comfortable stay, room comes with a queen bed and a single bed. We booked the apartment without full kitchen. Assigned to room above the reception counter building, no lift service. Two flight of stairs to reach the room, lucky for us we already pack what we need into our back bag so don't need to unload our heavy luggage. Suggest to stayer to do the same. Only bring essential items with you, the car park is tight. to offload and upload luggage can be a tedious task. The place is conveniently located with a nearby New World and CountDown grocery shop. There are also plenty of eateries nearby. Car park provided.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and assisted us with directions around Dunedin. Our one bedroom was quite spacious we had 1 single and 1 double which were very comfortable. Hotel location was great very central walking distance to all restaurants, bars, museums and galleries. Great cafe across the road would definitely stay here again.
