   This is such an amazing spot to stay on Dunedin! We stayed in a private room with private bath and it was so nice. Clean, comfortable and modern. Our room came equipped with nearly fullsize fridge, plates, cups, utensils etc. And the onsite kitchen has everything else you need. They also provide lite breakfast options like toast and cereal. The staff was so wonderful and encouraged us to hang out in the lounge even after our checkout time. Close walk to everything and onsite parking is a huge perk! This is the place to stay!

   From the moment we checked in until check-out, it was clear that the owners truly care about their guests. The entire experience was excellent, with great attention to detail. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The heater was already on, which made the night warm and cosy. The amenities were excellent, especially the kitchen—everything you need is provided. We really appreciated the free milk and bread supplied by the owners, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. This was something new for us and not something we’ve often seen in New Zealand. This is definitely one of the best stays we’ve had in New Zealand. Sam, the head cleaner/manager, was very helpful. We had a few chats about the town, and she shared some great local tips that ended up saving us both money and hassle. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place.

   Awesome accommodation in a renovated old home up a steep driveway off Cargill Street. Cosiest room on the 2nd floor with views across the city to the Harbour. A mid winter stay but toasty warm, comfy bed, desk, armchair, jug, microwave and fridge in room, and piping hot shower across the hallway. Great value for such an economical price, a quick walk to the central city. A find!

   Average. Small rooms and bit of a hike to get there. Helpline was a bit frosty. Felt like a boarding house. Was warm and good showers though. Good value for money if on a budget.

   RE: Extended Stay - Stayed in the standard single. Very clean, very quiet. Nice character interior with modern rooms. Very easy check in and check out. Plenty of shared toilets and single showers and a shared full bathroom. The driveway is a bit steep with turns so you need to be confident driving up but there is on-road parking available.

   Great value for a short stay. We had a private room upstairs. Good facilities, shower, New fridge, New big smart TV, small kitchenette and microwave. All in all a practical and cheap turnaround for us! The area is covered with litter from students...
