This university-accomodation is excellent. The rooms are appointed to a very high standard and warm, very impounds in Dunedin, the heated bathroom floor is especially good. Perfectly located for university and a short walk to the city centre

First class accommodation in a great location. Large comfortable room with excellent amenities and access to laundry facilities. Helpful, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Easy walking distance to the University of Otago campus and to downtown Dunedin. Breakfast option available. Strongly recommend to singles or couples.

This is my absolute go-to place in Dunedin! The people who run the place are helpful and just lovely, and the rooms are comfy, modern and spotless. Great breakfast available. One other thing that really stands them apart are the shared areas where you can sit with a book or work on your computer.
Great place for access to Forsyth Barr stadium. Friendly reception. Clean comfortable but a little pricey with supply and demand for Ed Sheehan accommodation pushing up price on last available room in Otago for Ed’s last show. Good choice though.
