   I’ve given this 3 stars as the food was good and the staff were nice. However the sign outside reads “best coffee”, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to that. The coffee arrived after the food, was extremely hot with burnt milk, and very bitter. I sent it back and the replacement had the same issue. We came at 9am so it wasn’t busy, expected service to be faster on delivering the coffee. With a good barista, this place would be much better.

   The cafe is absolutely wonderful! It boasts a great environment with a stunning sea view. The food was delicious, and I especially recommend their mushrooms—they were incredibly tasty. The owner is such a kind and sweet person; she even asked the barista to make a beautiful bear latte art for us. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely bring friends next time!

   Wai Kitchen is a great spot—easily accessible with free parking nearby and a lovely view of the sea. The staff were warm and accommodating, which made the experience even better. We had the pork belly poke bowl and eggs benedict—both were tasty and well-presented. The hollandaise was a bit too buttery for my taste, but that might just be me. Overall, a relaxed and enjoyable brunch stop on the island!

   Great spot with the best view and light room. Menu isn't extensive or as traditional as other but the team are more than accommodating. We had a a great waiter who was attentive, funny and warm - tall grey haired man (didn't catch his name). Coffee was really good as well. Would come back.

   Fantastic service, great food and beautiful views! Lovely experience all around! Really tasty juices were a highlight but breakfast is yum too with great presentation. Justin was really patient and friendly when answering tourist questions on best vineyards to access on the island!

   On our last day at Waiheke, we had a brilliant lunch at this sea view restaurant, and it made me so impressed. Sitting along the coast, this place offers a breathtaking ocean view. The food was great featuring a blend of local flavors with fair price. I love my Egg Benedict with veggies and mushrooms, and they are very fresh and juicy. The attentive service and cozy ambiance completed the experience perfectly. If you're seeking a good dining spot with the stunning sea view, I would say this restaurant is DEFS a must-visit one.

   I came here during the holidays. I went there mainly for the view but the food was a huge disappointment. For starters the prices were unreasonable for the amount of food given. For example 2 small pancakes for $16.50. The service was not up to standard and the waiters sounded like they had no idea of what was even on the menu. it wasn’t clear what was available and what wasn’t. we had to keep reordering when they said the food we asked for wasn’t available. The worst part was when we ordered the curry it had a large sized hair in it. after taking ages to come out and it was cold by the time it got here. I paid $28 for a cold curry with hair in it. And when a compliant was made the waiter walked away for a long time and came back with another when i just wanted a refund. terrible service, terrible food but great view.
