    This was absolutely the worst medical appointment experience I've ever had. I arrived at the clinic right on time for my appointment, but the receptionist insisted I was late and refused to verify the time properly. She then canceled my appointment without justification, speaking to me in a dismissive and confrontational tone that made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. No patient should endure such treatment, and this behavior is completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility. I urge management to take this matter seriously and implement corrective measures, as no one should ever have to endure what I experienced.

    I went for an ultrasound and X-ray (cervical spine) today. The whole experience was smooth and quick. All the staff were really nice and professional. The person who did my ultrasound and the one who took my neck X-ray were both very skilled and made me feel comfortable throughout.

    Came in for my 28wk ultrasound with Canopy Ormiston. The receptionist was lovely but the sonographer was a different experience. We had Rose, who gave us a cold reception, sarcastic comments and was just plain rude. She needs further customer service training, along with a bit of empathy and compassion. Canopy wasn't my first radiology company we went to, but I definitely won't return for further scans as that was the worst service I have received.

    Sonographers like Rose shouldn't be in the job they're doing. This is my first pregnancy and I've had two scans already but not from here and I'm relieved that I never had my other two scans here. I came in for my anatomy scan this morning and instantly regretted not going to the other place I got my scans done. I could tell that it wasn't going to be a good experience and should have walked away at the very start. She was just rude from the get-go, no warmth or friendliness. If that's not who she is then fine, but at least treat people a bit nicer and with respect. It can be such an emotional time for couples and it makes me upset that this may be other peoples first experience getting a scan done with someone like Rose. I unfortunately have to return for a follow-up but will be trying out another sonographer and am extremely hopeful that this may change my opinion of this place, but this review is directed at Rose. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and so kind, so a huge shout out to her, I wouldn't be returning if it wasn't for her.

    Highly recommended! Lovely receptionist who was friendly and helpful. Facilities were high quality, clean/sanitary and modern. The radiographer was again friendly, professional, took the time to explain the short procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Communication and service was exceptional. Bonus that there was hardly anyone there so everything was fast and efficient, though after this post that may not be the case:)

    Awful and most disgusting services ever seen in nz..the old grumpy admin lady has no idea what is she doing..hardly communicates and they take 3 days for an average chest xray report to be made...don't waste your time and money and i wonder now when i went there was no one waiting...dont visit them at all
