   I had written a review one year ago but I wanted to update it. So now, a year later, not only Dr Ruby was amazing, but also all the doctors I visited! Dr Amy is like a sister! She solves any issue and listens well! She’s so friendly too! Doctor Amanda is so empathetic and loving! Doctor Ray took care of my baby so well! Now my husband, baby, sister, and I all are with howick health and medical, it really is the best place to look after your and your family’s health! Let alone the lovely nurses and the most friendly and understanding receptionists! Thank you everyone! Looking forward to more years with you

   Doctor Amy Rankin deserves everything. She has diagnosed me, gave me knowledge and has supported me like no other doctor has before. She’s a super start. All staff are also lovely and seem to care.

   Great family doctor, easy to book online, but availability is usually 2-3 days. I like that they offer car consults (still face to face). Dr Amy & Dr Amanda are great for womens & childrens health.

   It is impossible to get an appointment on the same day at this clinic. I have two sick boys and was advised to go to east care where I received excellent care but was charged $95. This clinic is unable to service its existing clients but STILL they are accepting new clients. Doctors get paid $350 per patient on their books, by the government, whether they see them or not. This seems to me to be a money making scheme and putting dollars above patient health. I will be deregistering my entire family from this clinic and going to a doctors that put patients above dollars.

   I have recently changed to this doctor upon family recommendation and Dr Amy was so understanding, kind and very thorough. She is absolutely excellent at her practice and a very personable doctor, I travel to see her from west Auckland. The receptionist Kate is so warm and welcoming, she makes patients feel at home. Such a wonderful change from my last doctors.

   All the staff (receptionists, nurse, and doctors) are awesome, respectful, very helpful, attentive, and friendly especially Dr. Amanda who always goes the extra mile. Really sad that I had to transfer to a different practice. I highly recommend this GP practice to anyone residing close to Howick.

   The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I came from across town to see Dr Ray Khoo. I have some burdensome health issues but Dr Khoo was engaged, patient and empathetic, which really means a lot to me. Definitely worth the trip. Thank you to the team!
