   I recently moved from another medical centre and it's the best thing I could have done. Their follow ups are great. Regular effective and prompt communication makes everything so much easier. I see Pratik and find him so on the ball, easy to talk to and he listens. Would highly recommend.

   Couldn't get my regular doctor, so tried a new one, who has just joined the practice, Dr Ayush Sharma. She was great. Friendly, felt listened to and helpful. Script ready the same day for pickup. A seamless experience when I needed it.

   I switched medical centres last year after being with the same one since I was a baby (I'm now 56). Crawford House is a pleasure to deal with, the receptionists are always so welcoming, nothing is a problem. It's also great having an onsite pharmacy that is actually open unlike the pharmacy adjoining the medical centre I came from. The only possible negative is that I keep getting issued with doctors that never stay in the practice, which makes it difficult to forge a relationship with them, meaning I see a new doctor every visit. I wish that it was made clear to me that the doctor is a visiting doctor from overseas. In that regard, the only constant is Nurse Mansi, she's great, cheerful, hardworking, and her shots never hurt!

   Been with Crawford around 15 years.Good supportive team in all areas. Very helpful and have never had a problem getting an appointment in a reasonable time. They re always thorough & caring - i have never felt rushed. Good Drs and the nurses are well trained & knowledgeable. Also provide other wellness services like dietician etc for full wellness support. Urgent walk in also now available which is reassuring. Recomend without hesitation.

   Awful experience with a nurse on the phone who was unbelievably rude regarding results I was already anxious about getting. When I complained via email it didn’t seem to go anywhere. I did say that I won’t be returning to the clinic but they stopped my repeat prescription without any warning. That should have been told to me considering it is extremely important daily medication.

   I visited the surgery today and was seen by Dr Kate Gittins. She listened to me thoroughly and was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and showed empathy. I didn't feel rushed and I felt safe and respected. She took time to explain my options and the process I'd need to go through too which was refreshing. She talked me through me avenues that I didn't even know existed. To be honest I was losing faith in this surgery after a couple of previous appointments with other GPs which were far from good. On a previous visit to another GP at Crawford I left feeling like an idiot and wondered why I had paid so much money to be made to feel like that and also to be rushed through the appointment, my bum hardly touched the seat....Awful experience. Needless to say Dr Kate will be my first choice from now on. A lovely Doctor.

   I have been a patient here for many years and am fortunate to have the best doctor known to man. (No names - my secret!). Like all medical practices during this Covid pandemic, the ongoing pressures must be incredible and I guess not every patient experience will be perfect. That said, I have never experienced any issues with doctors, nurses or admin staff and have always found them friendly, caring and helpful. Sure, some times there is a bit of a delay after the agreed appointment time but I'm happy to wait, knowing that when my turn comes I will not be rushed out the door when "time is up". Highly recommend this practice.

   I have been having bad experiences with Crawford Medical since September last year, I am extremely disappointed as their service is getting worse and worse each time I go or phone up. Staff there are just clueless or rude. Such a bummer because I used to rate them so high. Today, I tried booking flu vaccination for my son who has had flu vaccinations in the past years. The receptionist said I can't book the appointment as my son needs to see a doctor first as this is his first time. I explained to her he has had it in the past years, so it is not his first time. She then became very rude and impatient and said "oh I have to get the nurse to call you, this is just too complicated, okay bye" and hung up on me. If this is already too complicated for her, how is she going to deal with other patients?

   After 2 weeks of Covid, no sign of symptoms subsiding but in fact my chest tightening and coughing like crazy, decided to go to the Saturday walk in clinic. Tried multiple times from 9am to call but no answer. Arrived at Crawford at 10am and dutifully stood outside as still no joy on the phone from my car. Only to be rudely told by the receptionist that the manager had said no more patients for today. Locked the door in my face. This was after waiting outside and trying to call for 20-30 mins as instructed by their sign. Sadly it appears that the caring nature of Crawford has made way for convenience and rude, impatient responses. Love my GP here but thinking twice about going back to Crawford. Poor old gentleman before me was rushed and told they were ‘full’ but when the receptionist finally listened to him, all he wanted was a prescription. I know there are staff shortages and medical practices are busy but surely a bit of patience and kindness isn’t too much to ask. Don’t advertise and offer walk in services from 9 to 12 if you can’t deliver! Left there feeling frustrated and more sick.
