Was served by two different "younger ladies" they were both helpful and friendly. We went in on a mission to buy a certain leathetr shoe for a wedding. Came out happy. They were on sale too which is a bonus. I actually complimented both of them in store as I was impressed with their customer service and attitudes.
I bought a pair of training shoes from this shop, but unfortunately the experience was not good. The size fitting is very strange – even though I took my usual size, it does not fit properly. Also, there is almost no comfort, which is disappointing for shoes that are supposed to be comfortable for daily wear or workouts. I hope the shop checks the quality and fitting of their shoes properly before selling, because customers expect comfort and correct sizing.
The service was absolutely shocking I was in there for an hour having to find multiple sizes and styles myself. I asked if there was any sizes available as there were none on the shelf and was spoken to like it was the stupidest question I could’ve asked. She was no help in finding further options and was blunt in everything she said. I was met with one genuine hello throughout my time there but apart from that staff tried to avoid eye contact and crossing paths
One star. I went in ready to buy boots and even tried on multiple pairs, but not one staff member acknowledged me or offered help. The staff were too busy gossiping to assist customers. I felt completely ignored the entire time. It's appalling service, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather shop somewhere that actually values its customers.
Very dissapointed in the female staff member, very rude, I walked to the check-out with 2 pairs of shoes, put them on the counter in front of her, she looked at me and promptly moved to the other till where I watched her logon, she totally ignored me, didn't say a single word. Lucky for her a very nice helpfully gentleman came to assist me, next time I want shoes I will travel the extra distance and go to The Palms. Staff need to be aware bad customer service has a very negative affect on a business

Your Customer service was disgusting as a business owner if I spoke to the public like you did today to myself we would be out of business. You spoke to me like a 5-year-old child. I am all for supporting local businesses but today you have ruined that and I won't be wasting my money at your shop again.
Normally wouldn't review a shoe shop but had a great experience here so why not. I was a little apprehensive at first, explained to the sales staff (Rebecca) what traits I wanted and tried a few of the dogs on, it was great. Friendly, honest and clear advice was provided. What's more, the shoes I wanted were out of stock in this store but Rebecca pointed me to the store in the mall across the way with some stock on hand and get this, by the time I got there she called ahead and the shoes were put aside for me. Great experience and Rebecca is a valuable asset to this team! The store is clear and clear and parking is abundant so all in all, 10/10 great stuff, I'll be back for my next shoes!
