Adele and Hannah? Were wonderful the day my sister and I came! The food was gorgeous and the cocktails were spot on! We didn't want to leave for our next appointment after our 3rd yummy cocktail! Fabulous view, plenty of sunlight and an awesome crew to keep the place running! Thank you Adele and team!
A wonderful date night dinner. We didn’t have a reservation but staff were super accommodating and service was great. Ordered tiger prawns, crispy chicken & waffles and nacho bowl. Delicious food and a great evening. Will definitely be back!
Takeaway - Presentation of the food didn't look appealing, burger looked like there is nothing else but patties and a bun, but that first bite of my burger, yummmmmmy. Delicious tasting patties. Would I pay the price again for the burger, nope. $30.9 double patty not worth it IMO. Would I go and try the other food on the menu, yep, I can't judge the place with only trying 2 things on the menu.
Great location and awesome choice for food. The servers were fantastic but unfortunately the Asian manager 'andrew' was extremely difficult to speak to. We ordered $42 steaks and complained to our server they were well done not rare like we ordered, the server was shocked and agreed. A few minutes later this Manager came over and threw my same plate back down and told me 'chef say this medium rare boys any other complaints?' this Manager seemed to also come from behind and cuddle the severs who looked half his age and very uninterested. This shocked us. We later discovered the steaks are cooked from frozen which is why they don't look so red inside. For the price we paid I would expect better. We spent over $180 and would not return. I suggest management watch this guy on camera or you could have a harassment case on your hands from the young female staff. Really enjoyed our meal. Staff were lovely even when we split the payment 4 ways. The food was really pleasant. Cocktails were also different and looked lovely.
Had a great Friday date night with my wife at Franc's. Perfect service from Ella B who knew the menu and helped us select the fish tacos, prawns and salmon along with squid rings. The manager Andrew was helpful and made sure everything was 100% Definitely worth a trip and another one to come
My friend and I came to Franc's one evening and I ordered the chicken waffles - it was the first time I had something like this, I have to say, it was very sweet as it came with maple syrup and cream. I did however enjoy it! but I don't think I'd order it again. We also ordered some jalapeno poppers (soooo delicious) and we ordered the choc brownie smores thing which was really yum but it was again, very sweet! The waitresses were also super nice! I really appreciated their helpful service!
Food is REALLY Good! Pork belly and lamb were amazing and onion rings are a great appetizer. Craft beers on tap GREAT selection of craft beers too. Will definitely come back...OFTEN
