I have been here a number of times over the years to get iPhone screens fixed and new batteries etc, as well as Mac book batteries. Rafael has always been extremely helpful and, very quick when needed. And his prices were also very good. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to him.
Today was my first time calling up & asking about a specific service! Owner was straight forward , reassuring & very nice! Went in store to get my sons iPad fixed as his screen was broken & touch sensitivity was muddled! He assured me he could fix it before closing as I took it in late! Was super fast , great communication & someone I’d go back to for everything electronic wise! Also purchased my son a hard cover case & screen protector he loves it & so do I!!! Would definitely recommend & most definitely go back!! Is lovely to talk to & makes you feel comfortable!! Very friendly & easy to approach & speak with! Answered all my questions without hesitation! All around just a perfect service! Money was indeed worth every cent!! Thank you I will see you again!! (Also let me know my son iPads screen wasn’t an original screen & was a cheap version without the screws being in the iPad probably hence it braking ! I had a very badly damaged screen internally and was looking for repairs around takapuna. I found the Istore and they said they could fix my phone for $949 but then I found doctor mobile who cut the price by 2/3. The person I dealt with was Raphael who had care, passion and most of all enthusiasm whilst trying to fix my phone. You also get a free phone inspection with it. I had my phone fixed in 35minutes so quick so easy. Would fully recommend the place to anyone.
