   Utter shambles. If you can’t even manage your appointments I don’t have faith in your ability to treat my pet appropriately either! They didn’t have my appointment in system despite an email confirming, said a vet could see me in an hour! - I said no that wouldn’t work for me, then they said actually a vet could see me in 15 mins, which I accepted, I waited 30 mins, then asked how much longer, was told just a couple of minutes- when I asked if that was accurate as I was running out of time, the staff member went to check and said actually the wait would still be quite a lot longer! Did I want to reschedule! Ah that would be a firm No!

   Super friendly staff and vets! Very professional — they treated my puppy’s eye scratch like magic and did a quick, efficient X-ray for my cat’s limp leg. Appointments are usually available within just a few hours. Highly recommended!!

   This Vet practice was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad I booked my dog's surgery here. Firstly the staff are friendly and inviting so I felt like I had been a client there for ages. My dog had major dental issues and Dr Samantha Eaton was so nice, and explained my options regarding his surgery, even capping costs at a certain amount so I felt like I could cope with the financial side of this type of procedure. The results were amazing and with two complimentary follow up appointments I found the whole experience to be stress free, transparent and I will definitely be back for future vaccines and treatments for my cat and dog. Special mention to the reception staff, and Auriel, and Carmela for their follow up.

   My cat came back sick and not only did no one tell me he was sick, he's also lost 600grams in weight. I thought putting him in a cattery inside a vet, that they would give a better level of care. We heard a woman talking to another customer about how his cat might get sick because there were sick cats in the cattery but no one gave us such warning, we just happened to overhear the conversation. Thanks a lot. Basically paid for my cat to get sick. They also kept referring to my cat as a 'she' even though I repeatedly said he's a boy. Won't be going back.

   Absolute shocker of an experience! I had my cat booked in for a 3 day stay which was confirmed by phone call and email. I happened to phone up a couple days prior to confirm the booking and was told that they canceled my booking in favour of their registered customers. Had I not called to confirm then I would of had known that my booking was canceled.

   Some of the most caring, attentive and friendly vets we've met. They managed our nervous cat very well, and picked up the mild heart condition of our other kitty that hasn't been picked up at all too! Been really helpful to our move overseas. Reception staffs got a couple of hit and miss, but nothing major.

   I had to put my dog (AJ) down who was very old. I have never in all my years dealing with vets been treated so kind & with such compassion ❤️ I left the vet very sad about the dog but they made me feel it was ok & very normal to feel this upset & too take as much time as I needed. I will take any animals I own from now on to this vet. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Lisa & AJ (dog)
