   Edit: gold mark Albany stated in a recent email that they would check ring size is correct and to be given the chance to rectify, As I have had the most terrible experience with the Albany Branch, I have decided to spend my money fixing the issue elsewhere where the customer service is better. 0 Stars if possible. Rude Customer service, the Sales team scramble around not knowing how to process an order, and then when you order a ring size which they tell you is a T or an S- the ring comes back larger- When we tried the ring on it fit perfectly at the base of the finger for both T and S- Whereas the ring customized and provided as they didn't make them instore to that width was nor a S or a T and much larger. When letting Goldmark know they blamed the finger swelling up (not sure how much the finger can shrink as this ring was enormous for what we were told was a T). They then said they can resize at our own cost when we picked up the ring on Wednesday. My opinion spend your money elsewhere, where they know Jewlery and sizing measurements correctly.

   Went in and asked for suggestions on gold mens watches with my budget. The blonde white lady came and just stated the brands and walked off. I thought she was going to grab the keys to shows me some products but she left me waiting for 5 minutes and she continued to ignore me. i also mentioned that I wanted to see a watch that I liked but she continued to do her own thing and ignore me.

   31/8/ 22 one of the workers told us they needed to view our id, name & address aswell as take a photo of us while viewing the chains under the glass. Never heard of it, she couldn’t clearly explain the reasons for all the protocols??? 9ct Belcher chain was $2000+ looked around better prices. Went back to raise the issue and they fully denied what had happened. We never heard other sales assistants ask other customers for the same things when viewing jewellery in the store. So I think that they need review their customer service!!

   Purchased a necklace for my daughter. When I too it out the box, it caught on the foam and snapped. I took it back the next day and was told by the ridiculous employee that ‘chains are complimentary and not meant to be worn’. No meant to be worn?! Why waste good silver then, put the pendant on a piece of string. Was eventually given a refund, but beware. They are there to scam, cheat and lie by omission to make a sale.

   Bought Fossil watch a few years back. Excellent watch. Have been back to store since and each time staff have exceeded my expectations. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
