   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service from Natalia (#545) at Walker & Hall, Westfield Albany We recently visited the Walker & Hall store at Westfield Albany, just intending to browse for a bracelet for our daughter’s Christmas gift. We were warmly greeted by Natalia (#545), whose friendly and genuine manner immediately made us feel welcome. Natalia impressed us with her professionalism, kindness, and helpful approach — never pushy, but always attentive. She took the time to show us all the available options and clearly explained the benefits, helping us find the perfect bracelet for our daughter. Thanks to Natalia’s wonderful service, our shopping experience was smooth, enjoyable, and satisfying. We left the store feeling very happy with our purchase and the care we received.    I decided I wanted pearls for my birthday this year so checked out the jewellery shops at Albany Mall online before we drove down to Auckland. Walker and Hall had exactly what I wanted so I walked straight into their shop and I was lucky enough to be welcomed by Sue Gibson. I showed Sue what I had found online and she was able to show me the string of pearls immediately. Unfortunately the length of pearls were too short for where I wanted them to sit on my chest. Sue came up with a plan of adding extra pearls to my required length and soon came up with a price I happily accepted. Ten days later my pearls were delivered by courier and I am absolutely thrilled with them. I'm looking forward to wearing them out soon. Sue's help and expertise made the whole experience so easy and I am very happy with my new necklace...

   I can't speak more highly of the service we received from Sue Gibson, Manager at Albany Branch - it was exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the pristine store, Sue warmly welcomed us, and offered us constructive advice and suggestions. Not only is she is highly knowledgeable and fully conversant with all aspects of her trade, Sue is professional and efficient. Sue was most patient with us and listened carefully to our requests. The recommendations she made were exactly right. Sue sourced one item we were wanting from another part of NZ in record time. One other piece of jewelry which she arranged to have custom made, arrived several weeks ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier with it - absolutely perfect. Sue regularly kept in contact with us to update us regarding progress of our order. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Sue, we feel like we have gained a friend. We are delighted with all of our purchases. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, we can't wait to return.
