   Friendly and helpful staff, jewellery repairs are competitively priced and are turned around quickly and efficiently, with excellent communication. Dropped my solitaire to them 3 days before Christmas and it was ready, freshly rhodium plated, on the same day! My black pearl bracelet was restrung and ready in just over a week, even at this busy time of year. Highly impressed! I was a first-time customer, but will be returning in the future for any further jewellery repairs.

   I love this place! It is so exciting to take old jewellery in and have it remodelled into a new piece. I had some small diamonds taken out of an old ring that I no longer wear and had them punch-set into my bangle. It has given my bangle a new lease on life as it has been all polished up and looks brand new. It is also lovely to incorporate pieces of my once loved jewellery into a new piece as it has all that history still tied up in it. The service is amazing. Dealing directly with one of the jewellers is fabulous as they really understand the process and can give excellent advice. Sarah was patient and took the time to understand what I wanted. We had quite a bit of back and forth before I settled on a beautiful bespoke ring. I can't recommend Jewellery Services enough. I will definitely be back!
