   This place has gone down hill. Not recommended. Almost had to cancel our holidays, they caused us so much stress, saying our dogs could not stay but then could, no sense to management, we had booked months in advance. Will never go there again. Place looks run down, was once really good. Very sad to see decline in care, management and quality of accommodations. Terrible.

   We had a disappointing experience with Woodcote Farms. We dropped off our dog, Apollo, for a daycare session to help him get comfortable before staying there a few nights. Unfortunately, the staff left him in a kennel for the entire day and avoided interacting with him due to his barking. They labeled him as aggressive and reactive, which is not consistent claim given his good behaviour at his regular daycare. The staff's reluctance to work with Apollo led them to wanting to cancel his booking, which would have greatly disrupted our holiday plans. However, after a second attempt at daycare, where the staff actually interacted with him, they claimed the experience was positive. Although they were willing to proceed with the kennel booking, we were able to secure a booking elsewhere, and we're grateful to have found a more suitable and reliable care provider for our pet. Even took a week for deposit to be refunded and they still had our dogs name down for the booking despite telling them multiple times we had cancelled it.    Can be hard to confirm a booking here sometimes as they're always so busy, but its great value, lovely people and Olive always seems to have a good time (doesn't even look back when we drop her off and although happy to see us, doesn't appear to be in a massive hurry to leave when we pick her up!) Highly recommend this place.

   My girls Maggie and Nala love to come here to play and get socialized with other dogs. They are always tired at the end of the day and snooze till bedtime :) the staff here are friendly and know there names. They are always excited to see them. Shout out to Monique who I think is just fantastic with especially Maggie who has separation anxiety and is just really sweet to her. So yeah, thank you and I highly recommend:)
