   I was ordering and this lady and her husband was having an argument. And they were busy arguing instead of opening the shop. The shop said it was gonna open at 11 but they open at 11.30 very disappointing. And when I ordered my food she took the money and continued arguing for another 10 minutes. And she finally worked on my food and they STILL argued and I had to wait for my food for 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES on dumplings , and she had a very bad attitude and was very rough on my food. She took my food and throw it in the bag and she didn’t even say bye. And I bought 11pc of dumplings for 10$ and she gave me 10pc instead. And the fish and chips were very oily and soggy. And my hotdog was very burnt.

   Worse service ever. I was ordering food for a pregnant friend, and have asked her to make sure the beef was well done. She snapped at me saying everything they cook is cooked properly. When I explained that some places cook beef medium or medium rare, I just wanted to make sure it was well done. She snapped back again saying "we are chinese, we dont do medium rare" very rudely. I felt so uncomfortable by the interaction, ive asked for my money back and walked. Ill never go back there again..

   Great customer service. I ordered a meal which featured fish & chips, sausages, and hash browns. The fish were a bit greasy and not to crunchy, chips were average, and the sausages/hash browns were nice and not to greasy.

   after I had a meal here, I vomited multiple times and took a sick leave. I also checked the previous review in the past and it seems like quite a few people had same experience. if you are one of them, report it to a HPO via online. they will call you back pretty quickly.

   Menu prices are wrong online and need to be updated. As for the food, the Chicken burgers are average/watery. The chips however were great! :)

   Food was not fresh. Noodles tasted like they were made yesterday and reheated. Vegetables were soggy and food tasted funny. Lots of onions, no chicken. The food quality has gone down.

   Doesn't compare to Farteze Takeaways on Oteha Valley Rd. The fish is fresh and great crumbed!! But chips aren't that crispy or extra salted as requested, and 1/2 burgers was wrong, and they just don't compare. Definitely better than Silverdale F&C, but no Farteze!
